Corralejo Reposado is a premium tequila produced in Mexico. It is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which is harvested after 7-9 years of maturation. The agave hearts (pi�as) are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens and then crushed to extract the sweet juice. The juice is fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in American oak barrels for at least 4 months, imparting smooth and rich flavors with notes of vanilla, caramel, and citrus.
