Paul John Brilliance Single Malt is an Indian single malt whisky made from 100% malted barley. The production process begins with malting the barley, which is then mashed and fermented to produce a beer-like liquid. The liquid is distilled in copper pot stills, which contribute to the whisky's rich and complex character. The whisky is aged in ex-bourbon casks, allowing it to develop flavors of honey, vanilla, and caramel. After aging, the whisky is diluted to bottling strength and bottled.
