Production Process
Terai India Dry Gin is crafted in India using a blend of 11 botanicals, including juniper, tulsi (holy basil), coriander, and fennel. The botanicals are macerated in a neutral grain spirit and distilled in a traditional copper pot still. The use of locally sourced ingredients gives this gin a distinctively Indian character, with a balance of herbaceous, citrus, and spice notes. After distillation, the gin is diluted with pure Himalayan spring water and bottled at 42.8% ABV.
